The Flood Warning continues for
  The Passaic River at Pine Brook.
* At 4:30 AM, the river level was 19.30 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The river level will continue rising to near 19.5
  feet on Wednesday morning, then it should begin to fall.
* Impact...At 19.5 feet...Horseneck Road in Fairfield is subject
  to flooding and closures.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of
  19.4 feet on June 6, 2003.
