deeper than you think.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Passaic River at Pine Brook.
* At  8:45 PM Monday the stage was 19.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 19.3 feet by early tomorrow
  afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage Wednesday afternoon.
* Impact...At 19.5 feet...Horseneck Road in Fairfield is subject to flooding and
  closures.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 19.6 feet on Aug 13
  2018.
