* At 225 PM EDT, the public reported heavy rain occuring in portions
  of Chester and Montgomery County that is causing urban and small
  stream flooding.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Allentown, Reading, Trenton, Camden, Wilmington,
  Newark, Easton, Middletown, West Chester, Elkton, Gloucester City,
  Calvert, Bethlehem, Bensalem, Mount Laurel, Ewing, Norristown,
  Chester and Willingboro.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
