* At 238 PM EDT, Doppler Radar and automated gauges indicated
  moderate to heavy rain falling over the area. Over one inch of
  rain has already fallen in some spots.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Bensalem, Norristown,
  Chester, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West Norriton, East
  Norriton, Florence, Yeadon, Burlington, Bristol, Quakertown,
  Perkasie, Doylestown, Riverside and Conshohocken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
