The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1115 AM EDT.

* At 713 AM EDT, the gauge on the Manocacy Creek in Bethlehem was
  approaching flood stage. This was due to locally heavy rain that
  fell overnight. With water levels still rising, flooding in
  Bethlehem is likely.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
