The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 945 AM EDT.

* At 548 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that light to moderate rain
  continued to fall across portions of Lehigh and Northampton
  counties. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen since
  Saturday evening. Although much of the rain that is currently
  falling is not on the heavy side, flooding is still being reported
  on PA-512 from the heavier rain that fell earlier.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, Emmaus, Northampton, Wilson,
  Hellertown, Nazareth, Bangor, Slatington, Pen Argyl, Wind Gap,
  Bath, Walnutport, Belfast, West Easton, Tatamy, East Bangor and
  Steuben.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In hilly terrain there are many of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
