The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southeastern Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 245 AM EDT.

* At 1052 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to heavy
  rain and thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the
  advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen, with
  additional rainfall occuring.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Reading, Emmaus, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Fleetwood,
  Sinking Spring, Laureldale, East Greenville, Wernersville, Topton,
  Bally, Bechtelsville, Lyons, New Morgan, Spring Ridge, Zionsville,
  Ancient Oaks, Gilbertsville and Shillington.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
