  Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Northwestern Mercer County in central New Jersey...
  Northern Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  North central Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...
  Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Eastern Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Eastern Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 515 AM EDT.

* At 1208 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  urban and small stream flooding flooding in the advisory area. Up
  to one inch of rain has already fallen with earlier rainfall, and
  additional rainfall is occurring.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Morristown, Port Jervis, Newton, Montague, Bridgewater,
  Dover, Madison, Hopatcong, Forks, Florham Park, East Hanover,
  Lincoln Park, Kinnelon, East Stroudsburg, Hackettstown, Quakertown,
  Chatham, Perkasie and Doylestown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
