* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations of
  up to one half inch and ice accumulations of a light glaze.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Morris and Sussex counties. In
  Pennsylvania, Carbon and Monroe counties.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT this morning. Snow, sleet, and freezing
  rain will continue to gradually transition to all rain through
  this morning before ending by this afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
