* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 215 AM EST.

* At 1016 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen, with an additional one inch possible over the next
  several hours.
