Precipitation has changed over to rain with temperatures rising
above freezing. A little sleet or snow could still mix in from
time to time this evening but no additional snow accumulation is
expected.

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 3 to 6
inches.
* WHERE...Portions of central, northern and northwest New Jersey
and east central, northeast and southeast Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. Snowfall
rates of up to an inch per hour will be possible until around
midnight. While the snow will end before the Monday morning
commute, hazardous conditions may still be occurring from the
earlier heavy snow.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions will make travel very hazardous or impossible. If you
must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency.

Pennsylvania, northeast Maryland and northern Delaware.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. Snow, heavy
at times, will continue this evening and will continue to also
mix with sleet at times. An eventual change to all sleet and
rain will be possible late this evening. While the
precipitation will end overnight before the Monday morning
commute, hazardous conditions may still be occurring from the
earlier heavy wet snow and sleet.

and central Delaware.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. An
initial burst of snow and sleet early this evening will change
to sleet and rain by late evening from south to north.
Hazardous road and travel conditions may still linger several
hours longer even after the changeover.
