  central, northeast and southeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Monday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult.

* WINTER STORM WATCH...Additional snow is anticipated from late
  Sunday into Monday morning. Snowfall amounts of 4 to 9 inches
  are possible at that time. Travel may become hazardous. The
  snow is forecast to impact the Monday morning commute.
