* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3
  inches.

* WHERE...Parts of southeastern Pennsylvania and parts of
  southern New Jersey.

* WHEN...Snow will continue early this morning before tapering to
  light rain, light freezing rain or patchy freezing drizzle. The
  heaviest snow is expected before 8:00 AM.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery roads. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads and
limited visibility. Use extra caution if driving.
