...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM EDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN TALBOT...SOUTHWESTERN QUEEN ANNE'S AND SOUTHWESTERN
KENT COUNTIES...

At 519 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Grasonville, or
7 miles southwest of Centerville, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to roofs,
         siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Easton, Centerville, Centreville, Queen Anne, Grasonville, Starr,
Stevensville, Skipton, Copperville, Chester, Overton, Wye Mills,
Cordova, Carville, Hope, Queenstown, Stevensville South and Dominion.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature's leading
killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to
be struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
