* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northeastern Kent County in central Delaware...

* Until 345 PM EDT.

* At 306 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Woodland
  Beach, or near Dover, moving east at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to
           roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

* Locations impacted include...
  Smyrna, Cheswold and Leipsic.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm, and
the storm will affect the beaches. For your safety, immediately move
