The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern New Castle County in northern Delaware...

* Until 815 PM EDT.

* At 610 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the northern portions of the county. Flash
  flooding is expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest
  rain. Flooded roadways will be the main threat.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
