...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT CECIL COUNTY...

At 532 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over West
Nottingham, or 7 miles north of Havre De Grace, moving east at 15
mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph are possible with this storm. Lightning and
torrential downpours can also be expected along with ponding of
water on roadways and in poor drainage areas.
