...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN CARBON COUNTY...

At 258 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Christmans, or
10 miles north of Lehighton, moving east at 15 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Weatherly, Lake Harmony, Christmans and Albrightsville.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
