The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Small Stream Flood Advisory for Rapid Rises for...
  Northeastern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 245 AM EDT.

* At 1039 PM EDT, Due to runoff from heavy rain earlier today, the
  Pennypack Creek will be elevated, and may occasionally rise just
  above flood stage late tonight.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Rockledge, Wissinoming, Northeast Philadelphia,
  Andalusia, Holmesburg and Tacony.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
