The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Warning for...
  Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 415 PM EDT.

* At 1147 AM EDT, the Wissahickon Creek as well as the Pennypack
  Creek were running very high. This was in response to the heavy
  rain that fell overnight where over 4.00 inches fell in spots. It
  will take a few more hours for the water to drain and creek levels
  to recede. As a result, the flood warning remains in effect.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become
unstable and unsafe.
