The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  The Chester Creek at Chester.
* until this afternoon...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 3:30 AM, the creek level was 8.17 feet.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The creek will continue rising to near 9.3 feet
  around daybreak. The creek should fall back below flood this
  morning.
* Impact...At 10.5 feet, flood damage, adjacent to the creek,
  begins in the city of Chester.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of
  9.4 feet on February 6, 2004.
