The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 445 AM EDT.

* At 1238 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers
  and  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory
  area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Norristown, Pottstown, Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton,
  Souderton, Collegeville, Royersford, Trappe, Hatfield, East
  Greenville, Schwenksville, Green Lane, Spring Mount, Geryville,
  King Of Prussia, Gilbertsville, Skippack and Stowe.

Additional rainfall up to around an inch is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
