The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  The Christina River at Coochs Bridge.
* until Thursday morning...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 11:30 PM Wednesday, the river level was 9.98 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
  shortly and it should reach 12.1 feet overnight. The river
  is forecast to fall back below flood stage early on Thursday.
* Impact...At 12.0 feet...Significant flooding occurs on Meadow Road
  in Christiana. Roads are closed. Homes are flooded. Salem Church
  Road and Reybold Road flood in Christiana and are subject to
  closures. Residential backyards can flood in this area. Flooding
  also occurs in Newark on West Chestnut Hill Road and South College
  Avenue.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.1
  feet on August 13, 2018.
