The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Central Burlington County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 830 AM EDT Thursday.

* At 1120 PM EDT, minor flooding was occurring along the South
  Branch of the Rancocas Creek. The minor flooding will continue
  overnight with the creek expected to return within its banks on
  Thursday.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Lumberton, Vincentown, Leisuretowne and Presidential Lakes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
