...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 AM EDT FOR
NORTHWESTERN OCEAN...CENTRAL BURLINGTON AND SOUTHWESTERN MONMOUTH
COUNTIES...

At 955 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered showers and
thunderstorms producing heavy rain in parts of the warned area.
Rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches have already occurred. There
remains a good deal of residual flooding and standing water.

Some locations that are experiencing flooding include...
Evesham, Mount Laurel, Medford, Lumberton, Tabernacle, Presidential
Lakes Estates, Pemberton, Wrightstown, Ramblewood, Marlton,
Leisuretowne, Presidential Lakes, Woodruff, Cedar Glen Lakes,
Whiting, Cream Ridge, Browns Mills, Greentree, Barclay-Kingston and
Medford Lakes.

Additional rainfall amounts of up to a half inch are possible in the
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall has caused flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses
as well as other poor drainage areas and low lying spots.
