The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Ocean County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 1230 AM EDT.

* At 835 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers
  and  thunderstorms moving into the area. This will cause minor
  flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Lakewood, Jackson, Beachwood, Point Pleasant Beach,
  Seaside Heights, Lakehurst, Mantoloking, Leisure Village, Six Flags
  Theme Park, Holiday City South, Pleasant Plains, Cedar Glen West,
  Jacksons Mills, Leisure Village East, Cassville, Vista Center,
  Holiday City-Berkeley, Bamber Lake and Pine Ridge At Crestwood.

Additional rainfall in excess of an inch is possible. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other poor drainage areas and low lying spots.
