...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 AM EDT FOR
NORTHWESTERN OCEAN...NORTHWESTERN CAMDEN...CENTRAL BURLINGTON AND
SOUTHWESTERN MONMOUTH COUNTIES...

At 800 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Over two inches of rain
have already fallen. Flash flooding is occurring in parts of the
area.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Camden, Cherry Hill, Evesham, Mount Laurel, Voorhees, Medford,
Lumberton, Tabernacle, Presidential Lakes Estates, Pemberton
and Wrightstown.

Additional rainfall amounts in excess of an inch are possible in the
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other poor drainage areas and low lying spots.
