The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Central Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1100 PM EDT.

* At 655 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers
  and  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory
  area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Sinking Spring, Laureldale,
  Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown, Leesport, Shoemakersville,
  Bernville, New Morgan, Spring Ridge, Fairview Hgts, Shillington,
  West Reading, Mount Penn, Mohnton, Kenhorst and St. Lawrence.

Additional rainfall of an inch or two is possible over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other poor drainage areas and low lying spots.
