The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southern Mercer County in central New Jersey...
  Northwestern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 450 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers
  and thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory
  area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Trenton, Bensalem, Ewing, Willingboro, Florence,
  Burlington, Bristol, Riverside, Bordentown, Beverly, Rockledge,
  Yardley, Tullytown, Langhorne, Feasterville-Trevose, Windsor,
  Florence-Roebling, Northeast Philadelphia and Feasterville.

Additional rainfall of over an inch is expected in the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other poor drainage areas and low lying spots.
