...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 AM EDT FOR SOMERSET
COUNTY...

At 1206 AM EDT, reporting gauges indicated flooding was occurring in
portions of the warned area. The North Branch Raritan River at South
Branch has reached minor flood stage, with levels continuing to
rise. Old York Road on the west side of the bridge will be flooded
at these levels and should be avoided. Additionally, the Millstone
River at Griggstown is in flood, with closure of nearby causeways
likely. Flooding is expected to continue for the next few hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
