COUNTIES...

At 556 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rain had left the
advisory area. However, it will take time for the water to recede.
Therefore, the flood advisory remains in effect.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Allentown, Easton, Morristown, Newton, Bethlehem, Dover, Madison,
Hopatcong, Forks, Florham Park, Emmaus, East Hanover, Lincoln Park,
Kinnelon, Northampton, Hackettstown, Chatham, Boonton, Wilson and
Butler.
