NORTHWESTERN BUCKS...SOUTH CENTRAL MONROE AND NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES...

At 1241 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the heaviest rain had mostly
left the Lehigh Valley. However, runoff will be slow to recede so
the advisory continues through 3 PM.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Allentown, Easton, Morristown, Newton, Lehighton, Bethlehem, Dover,
Madison, Hopatcong, Forks, Florham Park, Emmaus, East Hanover,
Kinnelon, Northampton, Hackettstown, Chatham, Boonton, Wilson and
Wharton.
