therefore the flood advisory has been cancelled.

...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1015 PM EDT FOR
NORTHERN NEW CASTLE COUNTY...

Although the heavy rainfall has ended some areas in the advisory,
particularly areas southwest of Wilmington, have received almost 2
inches of rainfall over the past couple of hours. Therefore the
flood advisory continues as some minor residual flooding may still
be occurring.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Wilmington, Newark, Elsmere, New Castle, Newport, Wilmington Manor,
Stanton, Glasgow, Bear, Pike Creek, Brookside and Edgemoor.
