  Northern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 1015 PM EDT.

* At 611 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms, with areas generally receiving between 0.5 and 1
  inch of rain in under an hour. This will cause minor flooding in
  the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Newark, Elkton, Elsmere, New Castle, North East,
  Delaware City, Charlestown, Newport, Arden, Zion, Barksdale,
  Stanton, Glasgow, Bear, Talleyville, West Nottingham, Octoraro,
  Brantwood and Wilmington Manor.
