...Patchy dense fog through the overnight hours...
Surface observations and webcams indicate locally dense fog has
developed in eastern Pennsylvania and northern and central New
Jersey. With light winds and increasingly humid conditions, the
fog will likely continue through the overnight hours.
If driving, expect rapid changes in visibility. Slow down, use
low-beam headlights, and maintain extra distance from other
vehicles.
