  Southwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Eastern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Central Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1030 PM EDT.

* At 735 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to two
  inches of rain have already fallen since this afternoon. The
  Valley Creek near Valley Forge is rising sharply.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  West Chester, Norristown, Phoenixville, West Norriton, East
  Norriton, Westtown, Downingtown, Conshohocken, Ambler, Kennett
  Square, Collegeville, Royersford, Trappe, Arden, Cheyney,
  Talleyville, Elam, Bryn Mawr, Marshallton and Trout Lake.
