The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for Urban Areas and Small Streams in...
  Northwestern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Eastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 1045 PM EDT.

* At 642 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  that heavy rain has already fallen across the area earlier this
  afternoon and another round is arriving across the area now. This
  additional heavy rain will cause flooding. Up to two inches of
  rain have already fallen this afternoon and evening. Some areas
  are approaching three inches for the day so far.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, Elkton, Pennsville, Elsmere, New
  Castle, Delaware City, Newport, Warwick, Barksdale, Stanton,
  Glasgow, Bear, Bohemias Mills, Port Penn, Brantwood, Wilmington
  Manor, Saint Georges and Mount Pleasant.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
