The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Eastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  South central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 930 PM EDT.

* At 523 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small
  stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to one and a half inches
  of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, Elkton, Elsmere, Kennett Square,
  New Castle, Delaware City, Newport, Warwick, Barksdale, Stanton,
  North Star, Glasgow, Bear, Talleyville, Bohemias Mills, Port Penn,
  Brantwood and Wilmington Manor.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
