MIDNIGHT EDT FOR NORTHWESTERN CAMDEN...NORTH CENTRAL GLOUCESTER...
NORTHWESTERN BURLINGTON AND CENTRAL PHILADELPHIA COUNTIES...

At 1048 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
rain rates up to a half inch in as little as ten minutes with the
showers moving through the advisory area. Several gauges in Camden
and Gloucester Counties reported between a half and one inch of rain
in as little as twenty minutes as these showers passed. This will
cause urban and small stream flooding for the next couple of hours.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Cherry Hill, Evesham, Mount
Laurel, Willingboro, Deptford, Voorhees, Medford, West Deptford,
Lumberton, Bellmawr, Woodbury, Burlington, Riverside, Palmyra,
Paulsboro, Magnolia and Westville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
