1000 PM EDT FOR NORTHWESTERN CAMDEN...NORTH CENTRAL GLOUCESTER...
NORTHWESTERN BURLINGTON AND CENTRAL PHILADELPHIA COUNTIES...

At 803 PM EDT, gauge reports indicate an inch of rain occurred in
about a half hour from South Philadelphia to Camden to Lumberton.
Though the heavy rainfall has ended, runoff will continue to pose
problems for the next couple of hours.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Cherry Hill, Evesham, Mount
Laurel, Willingboro, Deptford, Voorhees, Medford, West Deptford,
Lumberton, Bellmawr, Woodbury, Burlington, Riverside, Palmyra,
Paulsboro, Magnolia and Westville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
