At 649 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Wilmington,
moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...quarter size hail and 60 mph winds.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to roofs,
         siding, trees, and power lines is possible.
