FOR NEW CASTLE...NORTHEASTERN KENT...CECIL AND WESTERN CHESTER
COUNTIES...

At 604 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Richardsmere to Massey, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to roofs,
         siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Newark, Middletown, Elkton, Calvert, Coatesville, Kennett Square,
Chestertown, Oxford, Parkesburg, North East, West Grove, Rising Sun,
Honey Brook, Delaware City, Elverson, Charlestown, Cecilton,
Betterton, Glen Roy and Blake.
