* Until 900 PM EDT.

* At 458 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the
  areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Newton, East Stroudsburg, Blairstown, Branchville, Andover,
  Flatbrookville, Stormville, Henryville, Lake Mohawk, Werry Lake,
  Analomink, Millbrook, Delaware Water Gap, Alpine Mountain, Five
