...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 PM EDT
FOR NORTH CENTRAL NEW CASTLE...SOUTHEASTERN HUNTERDON...NORTHWESTERN
MERCER...MONTGOMERY...CENTRAL BUCKS...EASTERN CHESTER...NORTHWESTERN
PHILADELPHIA AND DELAWARE COUNTIES...

At 308 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Byram to Valley Forge to near West Chester,
moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Philadelphia, Wilmington, West Chester, Norristown, Phoenixville,
Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton, Westtown, Perkasie,
Doylestown, Byram, Downingtown, Conshohocken, Hatboro, Souderton,
Bedminster, Ambler, Swarthmore and Kennett Square.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

To report severe weather contact your nearest law enforcement agency.
They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in
Mount Holly NJ.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
