* Until 415 PM EDT.

* At 114 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Bensalem, Chester,
  Willingboro, Yeadon, Burlington, Bristol, Riverside, Palmyra,
  Folcroft, Swarthmore, Paulsboro, Jenkintown, Westville, Narberth,
  National Park, East Lansdowne and Beverly.

This includes Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 41
and 51.
