Jersey, east central Pennsylvania and northeast Pennsylvania.

There is a chance of thunderstorms this afternoon and tonight. Some
of the storms may be severe, with damaging wind gusts the primary
threat. Locally heavy rainfall may also occur, leading to isolated
instances of flooding.
