* Flood Warning for Urban Areas and Small Streams in...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 400 AM EDT.

* At 1245 AM EDT, Automated rain gauges indicated that flooding was
  ongoing on some rivers and streams due to the heavy rain from the
  earlier storms. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Reading, Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, Emmaus, Wyomissing,
  Northampton, Wilson, Hellertown, Nazareth, Bangor, Kutztown,
  Hamburg, Slatington, Fleetwood, Laureldale, Pen Argyl, East
  Greenville and Wind Gap.

Additional rainfall amounts of up to one inch is possible in the
warned area overnight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
