715 PM EDT FOR CECIL COUNTY...

At 607 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated some lingering rain in the
northern portion of Cecil County. The flood advisory will remain in
effect until this rain moves out.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
