The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 715 PM EDT.

* At 418 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain associated with
  a line of thunderstorms on the western shore heading east at 45
  MPH. This rain will be moving into the upper eastern shore area
  before 5 PM. With rainfall rates of between one and two inches per
  hour, roadway and poor drainage flooding can be expected during
  the late afternoon commute.
