...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHERN MONROE COUNTY...

At 128 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Mount Pocono,
moving east at 40 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Mount Pocono, Tobyhanna, Henryville, Werry Lake, Pocono Pines, Pocono
Raceway, Skytop, Mountainhome, Canadensis, Alpine Mountain, Scotrun,
Blakeslee, Long Pond, Paradise Valley, Gouldsboro State Park and
Cresco.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
